LONG overdue 18th birthday present for ~sharpiexlover07. She's at her youth group until Sunday so I hope it's okay for me to submit a copy of this before sending her one... D:

But yeah gies, I finally drew something. I got way too impatient so I butchered the sky in markers... but I touched it up a little bit so I don't hate it as much as I did before I scanned it. I started it in January after all. *shot* Also it's my first actually completed work on manga paper. It's not absorb-y so I have to push around the color to blend. It's like translucent. I'm still getting used to it.

This is really inspired by =cartoongirl7's work here: [link] I wanted to do the sky somewhat like that, but mixing the color was a pain when I was testing out my airbrush anyway. My dad refuses to buy toxic paint and the nontoxic kind only comes in basic colors. Strange part is, my drawing actually has more similarities with the other one than I meant it to have by accident. Whoops.

If I could've made the second yellow balloon near her head red and the red one yellow, I would have. Horrible mistake I made. Eeh, enjoy anyway.
