Yaaaay I'm back in fashion design because I finally had room in my schedule (partially the reason for not taking physics, but I don't have room for AP anyways).
First project for fashion 2 is supposed to be the 3 color swatch thing, last year I had to do it with blouses (blice? wtf?) and now it's full outfits, I'm going to dread the facial anatomy whatever drawing thing (if I have to do it, I'm not sure)... I hate being behind just because I didn't have room for this class last year. It bugs me a lot. Next up is fruits/veggiez/flowers and I want to do a dress based on bleeding hearts, my favorite flower ever.
I loved how many people were all OMG THAT LOOKS LIKE A LOT OF WORK when I've spent more time on other projects before for one figure. This just took a long time though because there were 3. Pretty soon I'm going to have to break the habit of making things all ruffly and frilly. Other problems: Complementary has too much purple, monochromatic looks too pink and vibrant and the original was more muted (couldn't fix that), not enough variation in the shades of green in the analogous plus I really don't like the color of the jacket on that one, and the skin is painted badly. Oh well. And lol skinny jeans.
I think I should try one where I don't trace the figure.
In other news, I'm in love with the new Anberlin album.
You're kidding me right? This is totally amazing. You're pretty hard on yourself, even though you have so much talent that comes out even when you don't try. I think the 3rd jacket rather fits well. It makes it pop, because it matches the jeans.
D; Don't be too hard on yourself. If it wasn't good then so many people wouldn't be begging for your skills.
Those are such cute outfits I'd wear the green/teal one in a heartbeat, the shirt looks so lovely <33 The purple one is really nice too, purple and yellow are great together :3

Oooh. I saw you working on these while I was still fxing up my first project (Not that I'm done screwing with it yet ) and I was like, Gawd Damn, that's hot! But I didn't want to be an annoying over-the-shoulder person so I waited until it got here. Nice.
Haha, I've had a lot of over-the-shoulder stalkers in my 1st period, it's alright. I'd really hate to get points off for handing it in late, I worked harder on this than a lot of people did on theirs so it took ages longer than my first fashion 1 project did. But thanks! xD

Hehe, I used to get those in studio because everyone sucked. So I try not to be one. Geez mine is taking FOREVERANDAHALF, mostly because I absolutely NEVER used watercolors before and I suck at it. No problemo.
