I did this during home ec. cause i was bored. There was nothing to do, really... and at art I finished all my projects and we had a sub, so I stole some watercolors and colored this piece with it. Only it didnt turn out as good as i wanted it to look. I would've used my markers, only I left them at home. 
This is another one of my hate-it-but-love-it pieces. Originally when I was doing the lineart, I was planning on making this Eos (the goddess of the dawn, in other words, Aurora's alter ego) but I decided that drawing Aurora off to the side would make it look ugly... so I didnt do it. Then I colored it and made it look like crap. But then again, it kinda looks like how any other manga artist who uses watercolor paints would make it, so i sorta like it. I touched it up a teeny bit w/ markers. The funny thing was when i was painting, I colored any random area any random color, and it took about 35 minutes. I like the translucent-ness sorta. Otherwise it's messy... really. But it's my first pic I've done totally with watercolors (sorta), so i gotta have points for that. I'll do a dark blue background too soon. enjoy! and NO STEALING!!!!!

Okay, I changed the gamma and the BG. It looks MUCH better this way. X3 (done on 6/24/06) enjoy!!!
